EssentialPIM for Windows

Almost a CRM. I've looked at over 30 different CRM programs in the last year, from free to the expensive (Infusion and SalesForce). PIM, which was never meant to be used for marketing has, by far, the easiest UI out there. If only they would consider adding some marketing facets like campaigns, and more elaborate search techniques, this little program would knock ALL the CRMs out there out of the market.It is extremely intuitive to set up and use. The few times I've had questions, they were answered by email within 24 hours. The cost is minimal - especially when you factor in the "lost opportunity" costs that usually come with all the other CRMs out there.For those people who insist on having a web-hosted program - all you have to do is back up your EPim files to DropBox or Windows Live. duh. Pros: Extremely user-friendly User InterfaceVery easy to set upVery easy to useExcellent email integrationGreat Service Cons: No process for marketing campaignsSearch has been dumbed down too much.
